Problem: an old accident with old composite bonding formed the basis of this patient’s problem. The teeth were unnaturally-shaped, with an unnatural texture

Solution: following custom bleaching, the old bonding was removed from the central incisors and new composite veneers were placed to correct the shape to a more symmetrical form. The adjacent teeth will look normal after a few hours of rehydration with saliva.
