Teeth Whitening

Patient 1

Problem: we wanted to bleach all the patient’s teeth before we chose the color of the porcelain bridges

Solution: whitening was performed using 10% carbamide peroxide (Opalescence) for 7 nights before bridge preparations were started to get the right color (you can’t bleach porcelain later on if you think the color is too dark, so you need to bleach first to get to your target color before you start porcelain work)
