Spot the difference. The patient’s upper right lateral incisor and lower left central incisor both were status-post trauma with internal bleaching attempted once before on the upper lateral incisor with a still-persistent grey hue and shape discrepancies relative to the contralateral tooth. The lower left central incisor, previously fractured, exhibited incorrect primary anatomy as well as internal maverick details and hypomineralized accents.
#VocoAmaris was used in a multilayer approach to correct the defects along with Final Touch tints to improve the esthetic integration in these rehydrated shots.
