Not all endodontically-treated teeth require full coverage, depending on the quality and quantity of residual tooth structure. This lower first bicuspid features a cast post with the bulk of the mesial coronal structure intact, something I do not wish to mess with. The Garrison Wide Prep ring was utilized in a stacked fashion to complete both of these disto-occlusal restorations simultaneously, with predictable contact strength.
