(Afternoon tea pics 1269.1: Full Coverage Bonded Restoration to Neutralize Peripheral Rim Fractures)
This case shows clearly the thermal and mechanical incompatability between amalgam and tooth. Peripheral rim fractures and compression fractures were evident, and we removed them to a reasonable degree to achieve a stable Biobase and bonded lithium dilsilicate restoration.
