Caries-affected hypomineralized second and third molars on this lovely barrister almost made me lose my mind. The patient wanted to give this tooth “one last chance” before extraction was accepted as an option.
A single shade of the 347MPa compressive strength material was utilized with excellent chameleon effect noted.
