A fun case of freehand restorative alignment on these tilted lower central incisors for this lovely 85 year old using stratified composite to give him the even lower incisal curve he had been wanting for years. As patients age, the enamel not only becomes thinner, but appears greyer due to decreased opalesence and increased translucency. The interdental spacing was slightly compromised, but still an acceptable result for this situation.
