Complex reconstruction of tooth #18MODB featuring M and D marginal ridge vertical hairline fractures and secondary caries.
Matrix-in-Matrix system used for the efficient reconstruction of the D marginal ridge. The M ridge was restored using the Garrison Compositight 3D Fusion Green ring (wide prep) as the MB extension obviated the placement of a conventional blue ring. This still had great retention/staying power on the clamped tooth.
