The MOD restoration was replaced on #4 as the contacts were loose and irregular. We took the opportunity to spruce up the occlusal anatomy simultaneously.
The Garrison Strata-G sectional matrix was utilized as this features a more aggressive axial curve which is perfect for these situations.
