A predictable and minimally-invasive combination of pre-internal whitening composite reconstruction of the endodontic access followed by 5 weeks of internal bleaching proper using sodium perborate. Provisional cover during this period was completed using a bonded Opaldam seal (green, sparkly) prior to composite reconstruction of the access with Majesty ES Flow Universal and ES-2 Universal Dark (Kuraray Noritake).
