White line fever is something we all could do without. A strategy is to bevel across the enamel rods as adhesive bonding is better to the ends of rods as opposed to the sides of rods. Despite an attempt to bevel more aggressively across the occlusal aspect of this rotated first premolar, one can appreciate a slight white line in some regions on post-operative occlusion adjusted view. The erosive pits were restored in the same breath with a similar microlayered technique.
