This case was set up nicely within 1 year as part of pre-prosthetic orthodontics using Suresmile and glass fiber-reinforced composite Maryland bridge in the #7 position (inadequate root uprighting occurred for an implant-supported solution) before a Digital Smile Design-guided protocol was used to deliver bonded indirect porcelain restorations in the #5-12 positions. The Maryland bridge was eliminated and instead a “facial wrap Maryland bridge” solution extended from the veneer on #8-7P. Tooth #6 may be a little short incisogingivally, but besides that a pretty decent result.
