6 year reassessment of a Smile Design case utilizing #SmileDesignerPro and IPS e-max MT completed using #TheShinEffect. Thanks Shin for helping get us across the line for this interesting case.
The diagnosis for the lower anterior sextant was not that of gemination or fusion – it was simply macrodontia of the 24 and 25 (3.1/4.1) with congenitally missing lateral incisors. Pink porcelain was utilized in our double sided cantilever custom dual unit crowns on each central incisor.
