This case demonstrates the use of a DSD-driven approach to generating a diagnostic wax-up translating to a guided approach for a trilaminar variant of composite veneer to correct a tooth-size/arch-size discrepancy or microdontia.
Bonding system: Total-etch with pre-treatment with 27 micron aluminum oxide micro air abrasion. Kerr Optibond Solo Plus
Composite system: Kerr Harmonize
Color system: Kerr Kolor Plus.
