This was a marathon freehand transitional bonding case. The aim was to remove old restorations with associated recurrent caries with the aim of core buildups in preparation for future #DigitalSmileDesign and endodontic treatment on tooth 23 by Parkins – stabilizing the guts and foundations before the house is built – essentially a form of transitional bonding.
A single shade of GC Essentia U was utilized on this case with dramatic dehydration with freehand buildups of the core. The rehydration view shows epic esthetic integration of the material, although the patient does have some plaque accumulation starting already #heartpalpitations
