Deep radicular caries are difficult to access and even more difficult to restore, especially if it is on an anchor tooth for your rubber dam. This case required the opening of the clamp before deep seating of the Omnimatrix in order to extend beyond the preparation margin. A Garrison Compositight 3D Fusion sectional system was utilized after the margin was raised to complete the anatomical contact recreation.
