Sometimes, third molars are exquisitely difficult to isolate and manage, especially if the patient has trismus and a limited opening. Despite the presence of periodontal disease, often some patients just wish to retain the wisdom teeth as they feel generally wiser with them.
This case was completed using a single shade of Clearfil Majesty ES-2 Universal U with microlayers of AP-X Esthetics flow to bolster the hybrid layer. It is a hot cross bun, but I am cognizant that it is a month or so to Easter. So that makes it acceptable. Just like if you wear togs/swimwear within 100m of a beach, they are considered just that, and not undies.
