This patient had a long history with acid erosion against both the occlusal and palatal aspects of her upper posterior teeth (she had a grapefruit tree in her backyard). The preparation design features a sloping bevel on the facial and more traditional chamfer on the lingual aspect. Time to consider a Ceramill methinks.
