Restoring a massive carious lesion in a back to back fashion in these two bicuspids using the initial matrix (Omnimatrix) to DME prior to slipping a Garrison Firm Band in order to complete the rest of the marginal ridge on the first bicuspid. The conventional Quad Matrix setup was installed to generate a firm, perfect axial contour and contact to complete the case. A fluorescence shot shows the extent of composite placed with great esthetic and functional integration. The marginal ridge was constructed using Clearfil Majesty ES-2 Universal with microlayers being Clearfil Majesty Flow.
