An altercation involving messy boys falling over innocent bystanders like my patient at a nightclub left her with multiple horizontal oblique fractures (also in the adjacent tooth #7 incisal 1/3rd) and the obvious BIP uncomplicated enamel-dentin fracture on #6. A conservative attempt to reduce/chase and identify the depth of the oblique crack was made but abandoned when it penetrated deeply. The area was micro air abraded, adhesively bonded to using Kerr Optibond Solo Plus, IDS/RC with Majesty Esthetic flowable and DWT before a freehand lingual shelf was created and subsequent layering to complete the restoration.
