What do you normally find under gold crowns like these?
In this case, a combination of GIC and amalgam was the saveur du jour. To keep thing minimally-invasive, micro air abrasion, IDS and a resin coat were performed with multiple microlayers.
Ever-X Flowable was utilized (2.88MPa.mexp0.5) which is significantly more fracture tough relative to native dentin.
The overlay was cemented using Panavia SA Universal A2 but not in self-adhesive mode. I was just using it for a dual cure resin function.
This B3 clamp had great adaptation on the B aspect but only realistically a single point contact on the P.
