A minimal direct multisurface coronal supercomposite restoration to insulate exposed dentin in this lovely 65 year old man. Transitional bonding was turned down as the patient has multiple periodontally-involved teeth and also fractured implant crowns, so we are in a holding pattern until something “more severe” happens. Sometimes, that’s the way things are.
