Preps and Provisionals. Looking forward to limited closure of black triangles and social six smile redesign for this lovely 31 year old female. Minor enameloplasty of the lower anteriors were necessary to effect this change. The patient rejected the option of pre-prosthetic orthodontics and so the result is slightly compromised.
