Sometimes, hypomineralization ringbarks around a tooth, and it is up to the clinician to determine what is a good endpoint for preparation extension. For me, normally facially positioned hypomin is a more accessible location for patients to maintain with a remineralization regime. The tooth was treated in this case due to extension into dentin.
A single shade of Voco Grandio SO Light flow A2 and packable Grandio SO A2 were utilized to replace the axial contour of this tooth.
