Quadrant dentistry was planned on this lovely lady, however, with a recent diagnosis of Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome resulted in weak musculature and reduced opening stamina. As a result, even though the first molar looks dire and has been treatment planned, only #20DO/35DO was completed today due to time restraints- one can see how a vertical hairline fracture in the marginal ridge can act as a superhighway for bacterial ingress and secondary caries.
