Amalgam replacements often require opaquing out the preparation floor due to staining of affected dentin. We brought the opaquer, Kerr Herculite Ultra XL2 higher than our normal level of cavosurface minus 2mm in an effort to neutralize any greyness.
The OG gold standard supercomposite, Voco Grandio SO A3 was utilized in a layered fashion to restore the occlusal.
