We had the opportunity to provide a seamless restoration replacement for this lovely dentist (split dam isolation was the only option due to the presence of a fixed lingual retainer) with a primary etiology of incisor hypomineralization.
A variety of shades were used, but broadly XWE (extra white enamel), WD (white dentin), Clear and white effect shades in the appropriate dosages in the appropriate layers. The gingival zenith asymmetry doesn’t bother her… for now. #whydidyoumentionit
